Natalie has been in the Bathroom industry for over 16 years, and will be focusing on the development and growth of the company’s sales across the bathroom retail sector.

Natalie will be concentrating on developing opportunities within independent retail showrooms, specifiers, designers, architects, property developers and residential /leisure specification

Paul came on board with a background of running his own business for many years. He has extensive knowledge of all things lighting, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as the contract market.

Paul has looked after our customer base in the South East since he joined us, and has built an excellent reputation with his clients in that area

Matt joined the SycamoreLED team in 2019.

His 13 years background in Business Relationship Management across several business types gives Matt the extensive knowledge of finding, nurturing, and growing his customers businesses.

Matt currently looks after the Midlands area focusing on Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Showrooms.

Rebecca has over 20 years of experience within finance and is a key member of the team and an asset to the business thanks to her wealth of knowledge. She covers everything from cash collections to preparing the month end board packs.

Rebecca is also our general office manager, making sure everything runs smoothly in our HQ!

When Rebecca isn’t calculating gross margins and exchange rates she is competing her horse. Keep an eye out for her at the Great Yorkshire Show!

Martyn was originally recruited as an external sales manager at Sycamore.

He now heads up our technical and design department and his extensive knowledge and innovative ideas are both major factors in the continued success of the business.

Martyn is also highly skilled in lighting design, and is passionate about educating our clients on the benefits of adding lighting to their showrooms, and their customers kitchens, bedrooms or bathrooms.

Ian is a graduate who was initially brought into the business to work in internal sales. However, the demand on our technical and design function dictated that we needed an extra pair of hands. Ian has now become a vital member of not only within his department, but to the business as a whole.

Ian also looks after our testing machinery, ensuring all of our products are complying to relevant regulations.

A large part of Ian's role is also assisting our customers in choosing the correct lighting scheme for any given plan, and providing a detailed quotation based on this discussion. Ian's assistance has become vital for many of our customers, as they can be assured they are providing the perfect products for their clients.

Russ joined the Sycamore team as part of a graduate recruitment program and through his hard work and ongoing training has progressed into his current position as purchasing and operations manager.

Russell liaises with all of our suppliers, and frequently visits lighting fairs and shows all over the world to ensure our product range features all the very latest innovations and styles.

Angela joined Sycamore back in 2005 and has risen through the ranks from warehouse operative to her current role as our Marketing Manager.

Graphic design is also a large part of Angela's role, and she creates all our of our brochures and leaflets in-house. She also manages our social media and video content.

Lisa has been with the company from the very start and is now the 'go to' person for all things Sycamore.

She has experience in all departments and her wealth of knowledge is unsurpassed in the business, leading to her most recent position as sales office manager.

Lisa also looks after our customer orders and ensures everything runs smoothly in the office.

Megan was brought into the company to support the sales and customer service departments. She is the main point of contact for many of our customers and has extensive knowledge of our entire product range.

She is a great asset to the Sycamore team and even makes a better cuppa than Lisa!

Karen is truly indispensable and is a vital part of the day-to-day Sycamore operation.

She has unbelievable knowledge of lighting and is a long standing colleague who is well respected by everyone in the team.

Karen runs a tight ship, and ensures our warehouse is fully stocked, as well safe & tidy for all of our colleagues to work in.

Vicky is our warehouse supervisor and has been at Sycamore since 2007.

She has expansive knowledge of our products and is a extremely reliable and conscientious member of our team.

Clare is a well respected and reliable member of our team. Clare can always be counted on to accurately and quickly process clients orders, always with a smile.

Her enthusiasm to help others at all times has made her a valuable member of the Sycamore family.

Andy has joined Sycamore as warehouse operative. Andy has an excellent work ethic, and helps with order picking, packing, and warehouse stock management using a fork-lift truck. His stand out sense of humor has made him a popular team member.

Steve is a very reliable member of our warehouse team. Steve can always be counted on to work in a quick and careful manner, and takes great care in picking and packing clients orders to be sent on our courier.
